ESPRESSO BANANA HEALTH SHAKE

Give your body a much needed post-gym-boost with this healthy shake
INGREDIENTS

4 tsp espresso granule

2 tbs boiling water

2 large Sweeter Bananas
-
2 tbs vanilla protein powder
-
1 tbs rolled oats
-
11/2 cups chilled coconut water
-
4 tbs Greek yoghurt
-
1 tbs honey
-
4 ice cubes
METHOD

Dissolve the espresso in boiling water. Chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Peel and chop bananas, place into a blender with protein powder, oats, coconut water, yoghurt, honey and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses or jars. Spoon over the cold espresso, stir to combine. Serve.
